It has been quite a break, one which left the future of this site hanging in the balance - but as you can see The Gadget Monkey is back with the first post of a new, green-flavoured and cost-effective concept.
In the midst of a world ecomomic downturn, financially sound technology is as vital as greener environmentally friendly tech.
The Gadget Monkey is going “back to the jungle”, with a new focus on products and development that fulfil either or both of these key criteria - an important new quality of the site that you can see in the new tagline above.
We’ve got some tweaks and a tiny bit of polishing to do, as well as restoring the Monkey himself to the banner, and will be providing all the most vital and influential news items in the fields of economic and ecologically sound technology developments as well as the usual coverage of Apple, HTC, Microsoft, and all the rest of the big players.
It would be very interesting to know exactly what is going on in the deep darkest recesses of Microsoft’s Windows Mobile steering team’s mind, but compared to their Zune colleagues they’re totally transparent.
