Windows Mobile 6.5? Or Fake?

If there was a Windows Mobile 6.5, do you think it would look like this? And why would SmartphoneFrance.info find out first?

The excellent Pocket PC Thoughts isn’t having a bone of it, and I’m inclined to agree with them, however lovely the screenshots might be.

After all – this looks very unlike Windows XP or Vista – and surely it would resemble what we know of Windows 7 by way of some sort of forward integration?
